[HCM] – Junior Data Analyst (Open for Talented Freshers)

As Vexeree’s BI team member, you will work in a high tech company (google cloud tech stack) environment with a golden chance to analyze data lake with around 30 million Vietnam users and work with millions of daily records from our awesome users.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop a deep understanding of the Vexere platform, customers, and target market to define key metrics that drive business success.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to provide visibility on business performance
• Extract, manipulate, and analyze data to answer key business questions using advanced data techniques.
• Develop dashboards to monitor business performance and produce actionable insights in terms of product capabilities and business direction

Requirements:

• Around 1 year of experience in data analysis. Talented freshers with less than one-year working experience are warmly welcomed
• Passion for learning and curiosity to explore data-driven insights.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• Proficiency in SQL (BigQuery, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and interpret large datasets accurately.
• Experience in writing queries, generating reports, and presenting findings in a clear and structured manner.
• Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude
• Teamwork spirit and proactive mindset
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Information Management or Statistics or related profession is greatly appreciated
