We are currently looking for Junior UX/UI to join our professional & dynamic team with good salary & benefits. At Vexere, the Junior UX/UI works to initiate and turn new product ideas into real business value, ensures the success of new products/portfolio, and leads the cross-functional teams to optimize user/company value.

Responsibilities:

  • Research user behaviors and pain points to generate insights for product development.
  • Define and validate user experience solutions based on user research, business goals, and product requirements.
  • Make strategic UX decisions regarding product functions and features.
  • Design user flows, wireframes, concept sketches, and interactive prototypes.
  • Clearly communicate design rationale and collaborate closely with Product Managers and Developers to deliver effective user-centered solutions.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure UI/UX solutions effectively solve user pain points and enhance the overall user experience.

Requirements:

  • UI/UX Designer: At least 1 year of UI/UX design experience with a portfolio demonstrating your design process.
  • Career Switchers (Marketing Research / Graphic Design / Art Direction): 1–3 years of relevant experience, familiar with customer or product research, or strong design background, and motivated to grow into UI/UX.
  • Talented Freshers: Strong portfolio or project work, good command of design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD), eager to learn and improve.
  • Portfolio Requirement: Please include portfolio projects that demonstrate your design thinking and problem-solving process, including user needs, challenges, design decisions, and outcomes—not only final UI screens.
  • Nice to have:
    • Ability to use UI/UX Design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD from intermediate level
    • Solid knowledge of user research methods (survey design, interviews, usability testing).
    • Strong sense of layout, typography, color theory.
    • Understanding of the differences between website design and mobile app design.
    • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
