Vexere is a technology company aiming to revolutionize the tourism and transportation industry in Vietnam. Today Vexere is the largest online bus ticketing platform empowering a million of travelers to make their life journeys happier. We are currently looking for Senior UX/UI to join our professional & dynamic team with good salary & benefits. This isn’t a role for someone who simply creates beautiful interfaces. You’ll own product problems end-to-end, collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers, and shape experiences that create measurable impact for both users and the business.

Responsibilities:

Discover the right problems

• • Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to deeply understand business goals and user needs.
  • Plan and conduct user research through interviews, usability testing and other research methods.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative insights to identify opportunities and validate product decisions.

Design impactful experiences

• • Own the end-to-end design process for one or multiple product domains.
  • Design user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes and polished interfaces.
  • Balance user needs, business objectives and technical constraints to deliver practical solutions.
  • Present design decisions with clear rationale backed by research and data.

Deliver high-quality products

• • Work closely with Engineers throughout implementation to ensure design quality.
  • Review product quality before release and continuously improve the experience after launch.
  • Use product metrics and user feedback to iterate and optimize your solutions.

Raise the design bar

• • Contribute to Design System and shared design standards.
  • Improve design processes and team workflows.
  • Share knowledge, mentor teammates and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements:

Experience

• • 4+ years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design or related roles.
  • Experience owning product features from discovery to delivery.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong problem-solving and design thinking—not just polished UI.

Skills

• • Product thinking and user-centered design.
  • User research and usability testing.
  • Information Architecture and Interaction Design.
  • Prototyping and Design Systems.
  • Data-informed decision making.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.

Mindset

• • Curious enough to ask “Why?” before designing.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving complex problems.
  • Strong ownership and accountability.
  • Open to feedback and continuous learning.
  • Passionate about creating meaningful user experiences.

Tools

• • Figma and FigJam.
  • Experience with AI-powered design tools is a plus.
