What You’ll Do

Talent Acquisition:

• Develop and execute recruitment plans for assigned positions.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to define candidate requirements, recruitment processes, assessment criteria, tests, and evaluation methods.
• Manage recruitment-related documents, candidate databases, job descriptions, recruitment processes, and templates.
• Conduct market research and propose policies/process improvements to enhance candidate experience, recruitment quality, and overall employee experience.
• Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly recruitment reports.

Employee Branding:

• Participate in research, planning, and execution of Employer Branding activities, including developing content and visual materials that effectively communicate Vexere’s values and employer brand.
• Manage and develop Vexere Career’s social media channels.

Other Responsibilities:

• Support other HR activities and projects as assigned.
• Further details will be discussed during the interview.

Who We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment/Talent Acquisition; experience recruiting Sales or for high-volume positions is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment process with good time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work under pressure, with a proactive, resilient, and continuous-learning mindset.
• Passion for writing and creating communication/Employer Branding content.
• Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and high energy.
