Vexere is looking for a Senior Social Media Executive in the HCM Office to build and deploy marketing campaigns. While working here, you will have the opportunity to be involved in a project that will solve the problems millions of Vietnamese are facing.

1. Your responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies
• Increase and expand brand awareness on social platforms
• Manage multiple social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Zalo, Instagram)
• Manage and create diverse content (images, text, GIFs, video clips)
• Promote various campaigns and closely collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation.
• Monitor and analyze campaign effectiveness
• Engage and manage community
• Research trends and update new content
• Conduct A/B testing and content experiments to optimize performance
• Other ad hoc projects as needed by the business

2. Experience Required skills

• Knowledge of Facebook, Zalo, Youtube, Instagram, TikTok and other social media best practices
• Awareness of Meta/ Social Platform algorithm, trends, and content formats”
• Copywriting
• Analytical
• Ability to use video/photo editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Premiere (basic level) and video editing tools
• Ability to use Meta/ Zalo Analytics or basic performance tracking tools
• Teamwork
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Have experience to manage at least one Fanpage
• A creative and energetic personality
• Always in the spirit of listening, learning, not judging, or making negative comments. Support colleagues in coordinating work
• Ability to host livestreams or appear on camera as a talent is a plus
