JOB DESCRIPTION

• Implement marketing campaigns focused on increasing brand recognition, driving website visitors, and boosting ticket sales for both flight and train services.
• Enhance search rankings and organic traffic through comprehensive ASO, SEO, keyword optimization, and user experience improvements.
• Leverage marketing automation platforms to execute retargeting campaigns for potential customers and maximize conversion efficiency.
• Rigorously measure and analyze the performance of all marketing initiatives to ensure budget optimization and a strong return on investment (ROI).
• Collect and interpret market and competitor insights to inform strategic adjustments that improve customer experience and drive higher conversion rates.

REQUIREMENTS

Must-have qualifications

• Experience in Digital Marketing or SEO
• Generative AI at work
• Customer focus and data-driven decision making
• Critical thinking and problem-solving
• Organizational & Process-Oriented
• Ability to develop and follow processes
• Good command of English
• Minimum 2 years of management experience, preferably experience in flight field
• Strong desire for personal development and ability to support others in their self-development
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and high sense of responsibility
• Have characteristics of a right person of Vexere.
