About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Designer to join our Marketing team and shape how Vexere is visually experienced by millions of users.
In this role, you’ll go beyond just “making things look good.” You’ll turn ideas into impactful visuals – from marketing campaigns to product touchpoints – ensuring consistency, clarity, and a strong brand presence across all channels.
Working closely with Marketing and cross-functional teams, you’ll play a key part in building a design system that not only supports growth but also elevates how people perceive and interact with Vexere.

🚌Job Responsibilities:

• Design marketing materials, including posters, banners, standees, social content, landing pages, etc.
• Produce basic video content such as animation, motion graphics, and video editing.
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand visual across all channels.
• Collaborate with Marketing and cross-functional teams (Product, Customer Service, Account, etc.) to bring visual ideas to life for campaigns.
• Review, refine, and continuously improve the quality of existing designs.
• Contribute to building and evolving Vexere’s design system and brand guidelines.
• Support design needs for B2B products (e.g., Bus Management System, Agent Management System, etc.) when required.

🚌 Requirements:

• At least 1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates design thinking (not just aesthetics, but also logic and purpose).
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, or equivalents.
• A strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a product or startup environment.
• Understanding of branding and ability to develop visual concepts.
• Basic knowledge of UX/UI or experience collaborating with Product teams.
