About the Role
- This role plays a key part in developing and executing creative strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion for marketing campaigns of OTA products.
- As a Creative Planner, you’ll be responsible for creating compelling content including visual and video across diverse marketing channels, optimizing performance through data insights, and collaborating closely with cross-function teams such as Design, Media, BI, Product and Customer Service.
- This position is ideal for someone eager to sharpen their marketing skills in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, and who is passionate about making an impact in the growing OTA industry.
- Career path of this role will be growth up to Creative Lead, Brand Lead in the future.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Strategy & Planning
- Develop creative strategies and concepts for onsite promotion campaign/ social media/KOLs campaigns/ communication activities, including events and activations that align with marketing goals and brand identity
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend forecasting to identify opportunities for innovation
Creative Development
- Brainstorm and ideate unique, engaging, and executable creatives for campaigns
- Work closely with design, media team and other stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of ideas
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies for subsequent phases
Team collaboration
- Provide clear direction, brief and feedback to internal teams to ensure the creative vision is achieved
Innovation & Trend
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in event planning, activations, and social campaign
Continuously explore new ways to enhance creatively and deliver cutting-edge solutions for campaign
Other ad-hoc tasks as needed by the business
REQUIREMENTS
Must-have qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a Planner in a media agency, an advertising firm, a digital agency, or a communication planning team
- Proven track record of developing successful campaigns for events, activations and social
- Proficient in brief analysis, insight development, media planning and strategic direction
- Exceptional creative thinking, strong strategic planning, conceptualization abilities and storytelling skills
- Deep understanding of digital media trends, and how users engage across platforms.
- Detail-oriented, logical thinking, and high sense of responsibility
- Excellent communication, proposal presentation, and teamwork skills, especially in cross-functional environments
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and collaborative with a strong sense of team support and ownership
- Positive attitude, open to feedback, comfortable with ambiguity
- Strong work ethic, quick learner and customer-first mindset
Nice-to-haves
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in communication, marketing, PR or related fields
- Proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, social media platforms, and creative software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, AI tools) is a plus
- Familiarity with digital marketing, social platform, influencer marketing, OTA platforms, and e-commerce is a plus. .
