Bus Ticket Platform – Hybrid Working

As an Account Manager, you will own a portfolio of strategic transportation partners and be responsible for driving sustainable business growth on the Vexere platform.

You will work closely with bus operators across Vietnam to identify business opportunities, optimize performance, solve operational challenges, and build long-term partnerships. This role requires strong commercial thinking, stakeholder management, data-driven decision making, and the ability to influence both internal and external partners.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of transportation partners, building long-term business relationships.
  • Own the onboarding journey and support new partners in successfully launching and growing on the Vexere platform.
  • Analyze business performance, identify growth opportunities, and recommend actionable solutions to improve revenue, bookings, and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to evaluate performance and align on growth initiatives.
  • Develop and execute promotional campaigns and business development initiatives together with partners.
  • Monitor pricing, inventory availability, and service quality to ensure competitiveness and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to resolve issues and improve partner performance.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and coordinate cross-functional projects that contribute to business growth.
  • Monitor business KPIs and proactively identify risks, opportunities, and improvement areas.
  • Support partners in improving operational processes and delivering better travel experiences for customers

Who We’re Looking For

  • At least 2 years of experience in Account Management, Key Account Management, Business Development, Sales, Partnership, E-commerce, OTA, SaaS, Logistics, Transportation, or related fields.
  • Proven ability to build strong client relationships and drive business growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable business insights.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to solve problems independently.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
  • Willing to travel for business when required.
  • Have a personal laptop for work.
