As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in helping transportation partners grow their business on the Vexere platform.

You will work directly with bus operators across Vietnam to drive business growth, optimize operational performance, improve service quality, and build long-term strategic partnerships. This role combines account management, business development, data analysis, and problem-solving, making it an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy creating measurable business impact.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Educate and support sellers throughout the onboarding and incubation journey on the Vexere platform.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with bus operators to ensure long-term partnership success.
  • Develop and execute business growth initiatives, promotional campaigns, and partnership programs.
  • Monitor and analyze seller performance, identify growth opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Prepare joint business plans and conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews with partners.
  • Manage pricing competitiveness, inventory availability, and service quality to maximize business performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Customer Experience, Marketing, Product, and related teams) to resolve issues affecting seller performance.
  • Analyze sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior to generate business insights and recommendations.
  • Support sellers in improving service quality, operational efficiency, content quality, and overall customer experience.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and collaborate with internal teams to drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and contribute to the overall success of sellers on the platform.

Job Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates and candidates with experience are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in Account Management, Business Development, Sales, Operations, E-commerce, or related fields is a plus.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Logical thinking with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Comfortable working with data and deriving actionable insights.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong ownership, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel for business when required.
