1. Job Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Overall project management: Ensure project quality and budget effectiveness.
Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, detailing tasks, timelines, and resource requirements to ensure project success.
Define Project Goals and Objectives: Work closely with stakeholders to define the project scope, objectives, and desired outcomes.
Lead Project Teams: Direct project teams in the execution of plans, providing guidance and support to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
Monitor Quality and Progress: Oversee project deliverables to maintain quality standards, ensuring adherence to project goals and requirements.

Improve customer experience:

Manage and execute customer experience initiatives.
Develop and implement customer experience strategies.
Foster a customer-centric culture.

Human Resources and Team Operations:

Develop and execute departmental work plans.
Manage team recruitment, training, and performance.
Establish and review employee KPIs.
Coach and mentor team members.
Streamline internal processes and external partnerships.

2. Job Requirements:

At least 2-3 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role. Candidates from e-commerce platforms and OTA is a plus
Good English skills Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Project Management).
Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in the E-commerce Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
Team spirit & strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
