Middle DevOps Engineer – Hybrid Working

1. Responsibilities – Middle DevOps Engineer:

• Design, deploy, and manage systems across Google Cloud, AWS, and on-premise data centers in Vietnam.
• Develop monitoring tools for both infrastructure and applications, with a focus on analyzing, evaluating, and developing specific monitoring metrics tailored to Vexere products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues 24/7, especially during holidays and peak periods.
• Research and implement new solutions or system improvements, leveraging best practices to optimize for cost, security, and performance.
• Manage and improve CI/CD systems to support automation processes, including building, testing, and delivering software.
• Manage and improve deployment processes across various environments.
• Manage system components such as: Proxy, Databases (MySQL, MSSQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL), Cache, Static Servers, Kafka Confluent, Firewall, VPN, DNS.
• Write and maintain comprehensive documentation related to system functionality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience participating in organizational security initiatives such as ISO 27001 and PCI DSS.

2. Job Requirements – Middle DevOps Engineer:

• Minimum 2 years of experience working as a System Engineer/DevOps Engineer or equivalent role.
• Fundamental knowledge of networking, servers, and public/private cloud infrastructure in Vietnam.
• Strong knowledge and experience with Linux (LPI1 certification preferred) and Windows Server.
• Knowledge and experience working with CI/CD systems.
• Ability to operate systems based on Docker, Kubernetes, Openshift, Rancher, or similar technologies.
• Experience operating systems on public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and Alibaba Cloud.
• Good understanding of security best practices in enterprise environments and application development.
• Experience building system monitoring tools such as ELK stack, TICK stack, Prometheus + Grafana, InfluxDB + Telegraf, Nagios, Zabbix, Check-mk, or PRTG.
• Proficiency in at least one common scripting language like Bash shell, Python, or Perl.
• Proficiency in at least one automation tool such as Terraform, Puppet, Ansible, or other automation frameworks.
• Proactive and highly responsive in providing support and troubleshooting issues as needed.
