About the Role

Are you ready to grow from a developer into a system builder?
At VeXeRe, you’ll learn how to design, build, and scale applications that serve millions of users nationwide — all while working with experienced mentors who’ll guide you every step of the way.

We’re building a modern microservices-based ecosystem with CI/CD, containerization, and cloud infrastructure, where you’ll get real hands-on experience with production-level systems.

OUR TECH STACK:

  1. Backend:
    Node.js, Express.js, RabbitMQ / Kafka, PostgreSQL / Redis / Elasticsearch, Docker / Kubernetes / Jenkins
  2. Frontend:
    React.js, ES6 / TypeScript, Redux / Redux-Saga / Hooks

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop high-quality solutions to meet business requirements by designing, coding, and shipping well-structured, maintainable software.
  • Identify and address technical debt & challenges: Proactively analyze areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance system performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate and share knowledge within the Frontend Squad to maximize team expertise and personal growth.
  • Take ownership: Lead a team or a product if capable, contributing to technical direction and best practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must-Have:

  • Proactive mindset, curiosity, and a drive to learn.
  • Fast learner, able to adapt quickly to new technologies.
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in software development (frontend ).
  • Familiarity with macOS or Linux for development and deployment tasks.
  • Understanding of our technology stack (no need to master everything, but familiarity is required):
    • Backend: Node.js, PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch.
    • Frontend: React.js, Redux, Redux-Saga, Reselect, React Hooks.
  • Commitment to code quality:
    • Strong experience in code reviews.
    • Familiarity with unit testing best practices.
  • Growth mindset: Ready to grow rapidly as the company scales several times a year.

Nice-to-Have (Plus):

  • Solid foundation in computer science (data structures, algorithms).
  • Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or microservices architecture.
  • Previous experience building and shipping real-world applications.
