Telesale Team Lead

This is a key leadership position in Vexere’s growing Charter Services segment – a business unit playing a strategic role in our mission to diversify offerings and capture greater market share. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for building, training, and managing a high-performing sales and customer consultation team. Your goal? Drive revenue, optimize operations, and deliver excellent customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Plan, recruit, and evaluate team members to ensure staffing needs are met

• Organize team schedules, track attendance and punctuality

• Analyze team performance and propose strategies to improve productivity

• Set revenue targets and implement action plans to achieve KPIs

• Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent service quality

• Build, adjust, and document team workflows and processes

• Monitor, coach, and develop team members to maintain high performance

• Carry out other tasks as assigned by direct manager

What We’re Looking For

Must have:

• • Bachelor’s degree in any field

  • 2+ years of experience in telesales, customer service, or operations

  • At least 1 year in a team leader or supervisory role

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

  • Solid leadership, coaching, and team management capabilities

  • Goal-oriented with a sales mindset

  • Familiarity with workflow/process documentation

  • Good time management and multitasking skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word…)

Plus points (Nice to have):

• • English proficiency

  • Experience in product-related roles or cross-functional collaboration with Product teams

  • Basic understanding of AI or interest in applying AI in operations/sales workflows
