About the Role
We are looking for a result-driven Affiliate Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our affiliate marketing programs. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand awareness through affiliate partnerships with publishers, KOLs, and affiliate networks.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage and scale affiliate marketing programs across platforms, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and business goals.
• Work closely with product and dev teams to build in-house affiliate systems.
• Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with new and existing affiliate partners, influencers (KOC/KOLs, content creators, publishers..), and affiliate networks.
• Plan, launch, and optimize affiliate activation campaigns, incentive programs to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI.
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics, using data insights to improve campaign effectiveness and identify high-performing partners.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure program alignment with other marketing initiatives and compliance with regulations.
• Monitor affiliate activity to ensure compliance with program terms and prevent fraudulent practices.
• Other projects as needed by the business.

REQUIREMENTS

Must-have qualifications

• Minimum 2 years relevant work experience in affiliate marketing, e-commerce/digital marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, advertising, or related field preferred
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms such as AccessTrade, Shopee/Lazada Affiliate, TikTok Creator Marketplace, or in-house affiliate systems.
• Understanding of online travel dynamics, booking funnels, tracking tools, and affiliate performance metrics (e.g., GMV, CPA, conversion rate, repeat rate, LTV).
• Data-driven mindset with performance analysis skills
• Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced settings and proactively solves problems with a business-first mindset.

Nice-to-haves 

• Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and digital funnels is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM or affiliate management tools.
