Senior Fullstack Developer (ReactJS + NodeJS)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, code, and review scalable, maintainable software solutions that align with business and system architecture.
- Identify and address technical debt & challenges: Proactively analyze areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance system performance and scalability.
- Collaborate across squads (frontend, backend, QA…) to share knowledge, align on best practices, and mentor junior team members
- Take ownership of features or systems; lead projects or squads when needed, ensuring delivery quality and guiding technical direction.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must-Have:
- Proactive problem-solver with a bias toward action and ownership.
- Quick to pick up new frameworks, libraries, and tooling as the stack evolves..
- At least 4 years of real-world experience in software development.
- Familiarity with macOS or Linux for development and deployment tasks.
- Hands-on experience or working knowledge in our core stack is required; full expertise in one side (FE or BE) is acceptable:
- Backend: Node.js, PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch.
- Frontend: React.js, Redux, Redux-Saga, Reselect, React Hooks.
- Commitment to code quality:
- Strong experience in code reviews.
- Familiarity with unit testing best practices.
- Growth mindset: Ready to grow rapidly as the company scales several times a year.
Nice-to-Have (Plus):
- Deep understanding of Webpack, including code splitting, asset optimization, and custom configurations.
- Strong foundation in computer science: Data structures, algorithms, design patterns.
- Experience in DevOps tasks: Deployment, scaling, monitoring, and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture.
