Vexere is looking for a Designer in the HCM Office to develop assets for marketing campaigns. While working here, you will have the opportunity to be involved in a project that will solve the problems millions of Vietnamese are facing. 

Your Responsibilities

• Develop creative brand assets (20%): Design videos, posters, banners, standees, and other materials for marketing campaigns.

• Create designs for multiple channels (70%): Produce high-quality visuals for both online and offline platforms, ensuring brand consistency.

• Collaborate with teams (5%): Work closely with other departments to develop visual concepts based on project needs.

• Support B2B product design (5%): Assist in creating graphics for internal products like the Bus Management System and Agent Management System when needed.

Experience Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, or similar design/video editing tools.

• Proven experience with a strong portfolio in graphic design or motion video.

• Good understanding of design, color theory, and layout principles.

• Creative, proactive, and a strong team player.

Other requirements:

• Working time: ≥ 30 hours/week (~15 days/month).
