Talent Acquisition Team Leader

As the Talent Acquisition Team Leader, with a passion for recruiting and motivating people to achieve organizational goals, you will pioneer an innovative approach to attracting the right candidates to join the workforce organization’s business strategy.

Your Challenge:

Recruitment (40%)

  • Understand the goals of the business, candidate portrait and handle the recruitment of Senior Level.
  • Make an overall recruitment for all positions (quantity, time, cost, candidate source, recruitment channel, job posting information, action plan, attraction plan potential candidates, assign vacancies to team members..) based on actual database and market research.
  • Manage the whole recruitment process to bring the best experience to the candidates from the application to the onboarding day.
  • Find out the causes of difficult recruitment or unsuccessful recruitment based on actual data, propose solutions to the causes. (Including survey of market salary, working environment, policies, etc.) to recruit correctly, quickly, ensure quantity and reduce the rate of new hires leaving jobs.
  • Ensure required weekly, monthly, annual recruitment reports: recruitment status, Time to hire, time to fill, Fulfillment rate, cost per hire, new hire turnover rate,….
  • Consulting, guiding and supporting to solve arising problems related to attraction and recruitment

Employer Branding (30%)

  • Plan, manage, track, improve and promote employer brand, EVP to the Right People, Right Place, Right Time.
  • Measure and improve the effectiveness of employer branding

Team Management (30%)

  • Develop departmental work plan based on company’s HR strategy. Management work of team members, assurance process, regulatory team, department, company
  • Lead, motivate and support a team of recruiters to successfully deliver on hiring targets and increase productivity.
  • Evaluate the performance, competency of team members to have a training plan in order to upgrade competency of team members.

Management: 2 – 3 member

Job Requirement:

In order to succeed in the role, an ideal candidate would have:

  • 2+ years of experience as TA Lead or related position, preferably in IT recruitment or head hunting. Talented Senior TA, Recruiter with less than 3+ years working experience are warmly welcomed.
  • A constant learner, open to new ideas and excellence in execution.
  • Competencies: Human resources, Business acumen, Basic understanding about Marketing
  • Positive attitude, open to feedback, comfortable with ambiguity
  • Be good at communication, interpersonal skills, organizational and problem solving skills
  • Prudent yet result-oriented approach, with a proactivity attitude
  • High sense of integrity and high-level of attention to details
  • Data-driven mindset – Ability to translate data into actionable insights, strategies and plans
  • Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources
  • Experienced in mining candidate’s database
  • Love to be challenged and learn new knowledge
