Senior CXM Executive, Voice-of-Customer (Qualitative Research – New Business)

The people we are looking for are ones with business capabilities, expertise in tourism, transportation, or e-commerce, and proficiency in customer acquisition.

As a Senior CXM Executive – Voice of the Customer, with a customer-centric spirit, you will adopt an innovative approach to get insights from various end-users so as to develop strategies that will help grow the business in Vietnam for now and then in the future, throughout Southeast Asia.

  6. With a data-driven culture, the CXM & Research Department plays an important role in utilizing data to provide insights for BOD and Heads of Departments to develop quarterly and monthly action strategies, leading to the expansion of new vacancies and promotion opportunities

 

Job Description:

  • Lead and manage market research & user research projects for the new product with the support of CXM Team
  • The work load of this position include 60-70% of time spending in the brand new business and the left 30-40% would be spent in supportting the other business units.
  • Work closely with internal departments to execute and manage projects that ensure the best user experience
  • Liaise with research agencies/freelancers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of required outputs
  • Act as the main moderator for qualitative projects
  • Analyse, make reports and present to other internal departments
  • Provide training for subordinates: Intern, Trainee, Research Assistant, etc.
  • When you join with us longer, you would be expected to understand thoroughly business/product strategy with a view to proactively developing a research strategy that can monitor user experience

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in qualitative market research
  • Passionate about both market research and technology.
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skill are required.
  • Hungry for learning and self-development
  • Humble, responsible and can-do attitude
  • Good project management skill: serious about deadlines, able to coordinate, negotiate and disciplined
  • Multi-tasking skill
  • Communication skill: coordinate different teams smoothly within the project, as well as manage customer/business owner expectations
  • Experience in technological projects, e-commerce or OTA platforms, or research agencies/technology client is an advantage
  • University graduate or higher with economics background in dynamic environments is a plus
