Senior Customer Service Executive for New Business

We are looking for a customer-centric Senior Customer Service Executive to join our team in order to develop our brand new business.

Job Description

  • Monitor, analyze and evaluate daily data with a view to defining issues in relation to common goals, then promptly handle or propose solutions to Line Manager
  • Regularly catch up with feedback of end-users in order to address the causes affecting their experience
  • Work closely and frequent meetings/visits with external partners and internal departments in terms of handling arising problems during booking or customer care process
  • Handle any complaint escalation cases and take over cases when needed
  • Master the product and come up with new ideas for Product/IT team aiming at optimizing the efficiency of the product usage, contributing to raising the productivity of CE
  • Other tasks required by Line Manager

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience working as Customer Service/Customer Experience in the airline ticket industry (both domestic and international tickets)
  • Proficiency in writing and speaking English is a plus
  • Ability to work in shifts, rotating shifts, including weekends, holidays and Lunar New Year
  • University graduate or higher is required
  • Creative, eager to learn and willing to take challenge in new fields
  • Outstanding communication, and high EQ
  • Skilled at planning and executing to achieve business goals and customer satisfaction scores
